Solution: Focus on breath first. Count breaths 1-10. When thoughts come, gently return to counting. It gets easier!
"I keep falling asleep!"
Your body is used to sleeping when relaxed.
Solution: Sit upright instead of lying down. Meditate earlier in morning. Open eyes slightly if needed.
"I can't feel the emotions!"
Emotion is the key to manifestation.
Solution: Start with gratitude for small things. Recall happy memories first. The feeling muscle gets stronger with practice!
"I don't see results!"
